Styqa respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA").

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe content on our website infringes your copyright, please send a written notice containing:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work – Description of the work you claim has been infringed
2. Identification of the infringing material – URL or specific location of the material on our website
3. Your contact information – Name, address, telephone number, and email address
4. Statement of good faith belief – "I have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law"
5. Statement of accuracy – "The information in this notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, I am the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner"
6. Physical or electronic signature – Signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative

Where to Send DMCA Notices

Note: Only DMCA notices should be sent to the DMCA Agent. Other inquiries will not receive a response.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification containing:

1. Your contact information (name, address, phone, email)
2. Identification of the removed material and its location before removal
3. Statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
4. Consent to jurisdiction of federal court in your district
5. Physical or electronic signature

Repeat Infringer Policy

We may terminate accounts or access for users who are repeat copyright infringers.

Processing Time

We aim to process valid DMCA notices within 2-5 business days. You will receive confirmation when action has been taken.

False Claims

Submitting a false or fraudulent DMCA notice may result in legal liability under Section 512(f) of the DMCA.
